为合理开发赣南某钨矿新发现的资源,对该矿区钨矿石进行可选性试验研究,确定其选矿工艺流程和选别指标。针对该矿石矿物以硅酸盐、碳酸盐为主的特点,采用预先脱硫,脱硫尾矿以氢氧化钠作为矿浆pH调整剂、水玻璃作为脉石矿物的抑制剂、733氧化石蜡皂作为捕收剂常温浮选白钨矿工艺流程。最终闭路试验指标为钨精矿WO3品位为62.29%,回收率为85.65%,取得了良好的选别效果,论证了试验矿石的可选性,为今后的生产提供技术依据。

Some tungsten resources have been found through the deep prospecting with the improved exploration technology. To determine the process flow and ore dressing indexes beneficiation tests were performed for rational development of resources. Based on the characteristics of the tungsten ore (mostly are silicate and carbonate), the combined technology of desulfurization, and normal temperature flotation process of scheelite in desulfurization tailings with sodium hydroxide as slurry pH regulator, sodium silicate as inhibitors of gangue minerals, 733 oxidized paraffinum sodium salt as collector was applied accompanied with favorable separating effects. Closed-circuit test index for the WO3 of tungsten concentrate grade was 62.29%, the recovery was 85.65%. It demonstrates the optional nature of the ore, which provides the technical basis for the future industrial production.
