根据某钨矿山混合硫化矿矿石性质的特点,选择采用铜铋硫混合浮选-铜与铋硫分离的原则流程,进行磨矿细度、石灰用量、捕收剂种类及用量、铜精选条件和流程结构等工艺条件的优化对比试验,确定在-0.076 mm占76.3%的磨矿细度条件下,以Z-200为捕收剂进行铜铋硫混合浮选,采用石灰法实现了铜与铋硫的有效分离。闭路试验可获得铜精矿含Cu 21.41%,回收率为94.83%,同时,获得含Bi 3.04%、回收率为85.23%的铋硫混合矿和含WO38.23%、回收率为89.29%的尾矿。

According to the characteristics of the ore properties of the mixed sulfide ore in a tungsten mine in Jiangxi, optimization tests of grinding fineness, lime dosage, kind and amount of collector, copper concentration conditions and process structure were conducted by applying the principle process of Cu-S-Bi mixed flotation- Cu-S-Bi separation. The effective separation of copper and bismuth sulfide was realized by using Z-200 as a collector for the flotation of copper bismuth sulfide with as the copper bismuth sulfur capture agent with-0.076 mm and occupied 76.3%as copper sulfate base. The results of closed-circuit tests showed that copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.41%and recovery of 94.83%was obtained. Bi-S mixed ore containing Bi of 3.04%with the recovery rate of 85.23%and the tailings containing WO3 8.23%with the recovery rate of 89.29%were respectively obtained.
