白钨矿与常见的含钙脉石的可浮性十分相近。为实现该类矿石的常温浮选,进行了单矿物浮选试验,通过对多种抑制剂及抑制剂组合在不同溶液环境下对含钙矿物浮选行为的影响分析,遴选出FeSO4+硅酸钠的组合抑制剂。在抑制剂遴选试验的成果上,对云南某白钨矿资源进行了可选性研究,在pH=10.5、采用733作为捕收剂的条件下,通过6次精选、2次扫选得到钨精矿品位为63.17%、钨金属回收率86.32%的试验结果,实现了方解石-萤石类型白钨矿的常温浮选,验证了抑制剂遴选试验的准确性。

The floatability of scheelite is very similar to the common calcium gangue, such as fluorite and calcite. China still has some ore dressing workshops with high calcium content of gangue by applying heated flotation technology. To achieve normal temperature flotation,the flotation behaviors of Ca-bearing minerals under different solution conditions are studied in single-mineral flotation tests. Flotation experiments are performed by adopting sodium silicate+FeSO4 as inhibitors, pH value being 10.5 and 733 agent as collector based on the preliminary researches on the flotation mechanism. The results showed that scheelite concentrate containing WO3 63.17 % is obtained with tungsten recovery rate attaining 86.32%.
