对改性聚丙烯纤维砂浆的工作性能、力学性能、变形性能及耐久性能进行研究。试验结果表明:改性聚丙烯纤维可改善砂浆的强度,降低砂浆早期干燥收缩率,纤维砂浆的抗裂性能及耐久性能均好于普通砂浆;纤维在砂浆中的搅拌方式适合采用干拌和法,且干拌和法成型的砂浆的抗压强度比湿拌和法成型的砂浆抗压强度提高了40.6%。
對改性聚丙烯纖維砂漿的工作性能、力學性能、變形性能及耐久性能進行研究。試驗結果錶明:改性聚丙烯纖維可改善砂漿的彊度,降低砂漿早期榦燥收縮率,纖維砂漿的抗裂性能及耐久性能均好于普通砂漿;纖維在砂漿中的攪拌方式適閤採用榦拌和法,且榦拌和法成型的砂漿的抗壓彊度比濕拌和法成型的砂漿抗壓彊度提高瞭40.6%。
대개성취병희섬유사장적공작성능、역학성능、변형성능급내구성능진행연구。시험결과표명:개성취병희섬유가개선사장적강도,강저사장조기간조수축솔,섬유사장적항렬성능급내구성능균호우보통사장;섬유재사장중적교반방식괄합채용간반화법,차간반화법성형적사장적항압강도비습반화법성형적사장항압강도제고료40.6%。
The workability, mechanical properties, deformation properties and durability of mortar with modified polypropylene fiber were studied. The results showed that modified polypropylene fiber could improve the strength of the mortar and reduce the drying shrinkage ratio in early stages. The resistance to cleav-age and durability of mortar with fiber were better than ordinary mortar. The dry-blending method should be adopted for suitable stirring method for the mortar with fiber. The compressive strength of mortar with fiber adopted dry-blending method was 40 . 6% better than that of adopted wet-blending method.
