采用菌丝生长速率法测定了10种杀菌剂对枸杞根腐病病菌的毒力.结果表明:2.5%咯菌腈的毒力最强,EC50值为1.677 mg/L,其余杀菌剂毒力大小依次为50%多· 福、6.25%精甲· 咯菌腈、50%多菌灵、41%乙蒜素、50%敌磺钠、75%百菌清,88%水合霉素、2%春雷霉素及20%井冈霉素对菌丝的抑制效果相对较差.10种杀菌剂对枸杞根腐病病菌菌丝生长均有抑制作用.
採用菌絲生長速率法測定瞭10種殺菌劑對枸杞根腐病病菌的毒力.結果錶明:2.5%咯菌腈的毒力最彊,EC50值為1.677 mg/L,其餘殺菌劑毒力大小依次為50%多· 福、6.25%精甲· 咯菌腈、50%多菌靈、41%乙蒜素、50%敵磺鈉、75%百菌清,88%水閤黴素、2%春雷黴素及20%井岡黴素對菌絲的抑製效果相對較差.10種殺菌劑對枸杞根腐病病菌菌絲生長均有抑製作用.
채용균사생장속솔법측정료10충살균제대구기근부병병균적독력.결과표명:2.5%각균정적독력최강,EC50치위1.677 mg/L,기여살균제독력대소의차위50%다· 복、6.25%정갑· 각균정、50%다균령、41%을산소、50%활광납、75%백균청,88%수합매소、2%춘뢰매소급20%정강매소대균사적억제효과상대교차.10충살균제대구기근부병병균균사생장균유억제작용.
Mycelium growth rate method was used to measure toxicity of 10 fungicides.Results showed as follow: 2.5% fludioxonil was proved to be most serviceable with a EC50 value of 11.677mg/L, followed by 50% carbensaim-thiram, 6.25% metalaxyl-M with fludioxonil, 50%carbendazim, 40%ethylicin, 50%fenaminosulf , 5%chlorothalonil,.88%oxytetracycline hydro-chloride sp, 2%kasugamycin and 20%validamycin showed lower effects.All fungicides were found effective.
