21世纪,教育进入了以提高质量为基准的时代,提高教育质量标准化已成为国际范围教育改革日益关注的课题。目前,国际教育质量标准已具有多元化与多样化的内容与形态并存、完善的政府立法保障实施机制的特点,并呈现出日益成为关注焦点、进一步加强标准的国际化合作、建立统一人才培养标准的区域框架并促进终身教育发展的趋势。

21세기,교육진입료이제고질량위기준적시대,제고교육질량표준화이성위국제범위교육개혁일익관주적과제。목전,국제교육질량표준이구유다원화여다양화적내용여형태병존、완선적정부입법보장실시궤제적특점,병정현출일익성위관주초점、진일보가강표준적국제화합작、건립통일인재배양표준적구역광가병촉진종신교육발전적추세。
In the 21st century, education comes into an era of improving the quality as a criterion. The improvement of the education quality standardization has become an increasing concern in the scope of international education reform. At present, the characteristics of the international quality standard of education shows the diversity and variety of the content and form of coexistence and the sound legislation and implementation mechanisms of the government. The tendency, increasingly becoming the focus of the public, is the further strengthening of the standard international cooperation, establishment of a regional framework of the unified talents standard and the development of lifelong education.
