采用斜Y形缺口裂纹等试验方法,探讨了异种钢焊缝中熔合区裂纹与低氢工艺的关系。结果表明,在奥氏体与非奥氏体异种钢焊缝中,发现了一种沿熔合线分布的氢致冷裂纹。当冷裂纹的三要素集中于异种钢焊缝熔合区时,该区域则成为接头的薄弱环节,极易形成裂纹。在影响因素中,熔合区组织特性是裂纹产生的必要条件,应力水平和氢的分布特征则是充分条件。低氢工艺的选用原则即“合于使用”原则。焊接工艺与裂纹之关系,实质上反映的是焊缝中氢和应力与裂纹间的关系。

The relationship between fusion zone crack and low hydrogen process in dissimilar steel welds was discussed by using slit type cracking test methods etc.The results show that the hydrogen induced cold cracking along the fusion line in the austenite and non-austenitic dissimilar steel welds is found.The area has become the weak link of the joint when the cold crack three factors are focused on the fusion zone of dissimilar steel welds, so it is very easy to form cracks on the area.The microstructure characteristics of fusion zone are the necessary condition of the cracks to form in the influencing factors, the stress level and distribution of hydrogen are suffi-cient condition.The principle for selecting low hydrogen process is principle of “fitness for purpose”.The rela-tionship between the welding process and crack essentially reflects the relationships between hydrogen, stress and crack in weld metal.
