建立了高温焊接工艺数值模拟模型,对在不同温度下高温焊接的温度场和焊接残余应力场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:500℃,600℃和700℃温度下高温焊接焊缝中心点上纵向残余应力相对于常温焊接的降低幅度分别为:57.3%,73.1%和81.3%,横向残余应力的降低幅度分别为:17.6%,36.9%和63.8%;高温焊接使得应力场的分布趋于均匀化,温度越高,应力分布也越均匀。
建立瞭高溫銲接工藝數值模擬模型,對在不同溫度下高溫銲接的溫度場和銲接殘餘應力場進行瞭數值模擬。結果錶明:500℃,600℃和700℃溫度下高溫銲接銲縫中心點上縱嚮殘餘應力相對于常溫銲接的降低幅度分彆為:57.3%,73.1%和81.3%,橫嚮殘餘應力的降低幅度分彆為:17.6%,36.9%和63.8%;高溫銲接使得應力場的分佈趨于均勻化,溫度越高,應力分佈也越均勻。

This paper presents a numerical simulation model of high-temperature welding process. The temperature field and residual stress field of high-temperature welding at different temperature were investigated by numerical simulation. The numerical simulation result shows that: the longitudinal welding residual stress on high-temperature welding seam center point at 500℃, 600℃and 700℃ relative to normal welding decreases respectively: 57.3%, 73.1% and 81.3%, the transverse residual stress decreases respectively:17.6%, 36.9% and 63.8%; the stress field distribution of high-temperature welding tends to be uniform, the temperature is higher, the stress distribution is more uniform.
