为了分析综合医院与专科医院医疗投诉内容的差别,寻找针对二者差异性投诉的处理方法,通过收集被调查医院2012年全年所有门诊、住院患者投诉资料并进行回顾性分析,发现综合医院医疗投诉率为0.013%,专科医院的医疗投诉率为0.007%,两者有显著性差异,由此本文认为综合医院与专科医院应针对差异性情况,采取不同措施,提升服务质量,预防医疗投诉发生。

In order to analyze the difference of medical complaints content between general hospital and spe-cialized hospital, and find out the processing method according to different complaints, the researchers collected all complaints information of out-patients and in-patients in the investigated hospital in 2012,then made a retro-spective analysis,and they found that complaint rate in general hospital is 0.013%,while in specialized hospital,it is 0.007%, and there was an outstanding difference between them. Therefore, general hospital and specialized hospital should aim at different situation, and take different measures to improve service quality and prevent medical complaints.
