Criminal compulsory medical treatment chooses a certain certificate standard according to social security, the mental patient rehabilitation and resource and so on. Criminal compulsory medical treatment chose dualism certificate standard and abandoned monism certificate standard by analyzing the properties of object of proof. Dualism certificate standard conforms to the actual needs of the current criminal compulsory medical treatment. Meanwhile, there are still some difficulties in its development.
