专业思想教育是高等医学院校教育的重要组成部分，在培养农村优秀医疗卫生人才中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文在对医学定向生与非定向生进行区别的基础上，从学习动机、学习兴趣和职业认同三个方面分析了当前医学定向生专业思想所存在的问题，并就如何加强医学定向生专业思想教育提出了几点建议。

Professional ideological education is an important component of higher medical colleges and uni-versities education, and plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating outstanding talents of medical and health care in rural areas. Based on the difference between medical directional and non-directional students, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the current medical directional students' professional ideas from the perspectives of learning motivation, learning interests, and career identity, and put forward some suggestions on strengthening professional ideological education for directional students.
