以降低纯碱蒸氨废液浊度,满足灌注太阳池要求为目的,采用自然沉降和加絮凝剂的方法,进行了降低蒸氨废液浊度的试验研究.结果表明:蒸氨废液中含有CaSO4 · 2H2 O,CaCO3,Mg( OH) 2等水不溶物,是造成浊度高的主要原因;自然沉降速度较慢,添加硫酸铝钾絮凝剂,能够有效缩短沉降时间.
以降低純堿蒸氨廢液濁度,滿足灌註太暘池要求為目的,採用自然沉降和加絮凝劑的方法,進行瞭降低蒸氨廢液濁度的試驗研究.結果錶明:蒸氨廢液中含有CaSO4 · 2H2 O,CaCO3,Mg( OH) 2等水不溶物,是造成濁度高的主要原因;自然沉降速度較慢,添加硫痠鋁鉀絮凝劑,能夠有效縮短沉降時間.
이강저순감증안폐액탁도,만족관주태양지요구위목적,채용자연침강화가서응제적방법,진행료강저증안폐액탁도적시험연구.결과표명:증안폐액중함유CaSO4 · 2H2 O,CaCO3,Mg( OH) 2등수불용물,시조성탁도고적주요원인;자연침강속도교만,첨가류산려갑서응제,능구유효축단침강시간.
To reduce turbidity of the evaporated waste ammonia liquid of soda and meet the require-ment for pouring into solar pond,we conducted the lower steamed ammonia liquid turbidity test by adding flocculants and natural sedimentation.The results showed that the steamed ammonia waste liquid contained CaSO4· 2H2O,CaCO3,Mg (OH)2, which are the main causes of the high turbidi-ty.Compared to slow natural sedimentation rate,adding aluminium potassium sulfate flocculant,can effectively improve the sedimentation rate and shorten the settling time.
