树立正确的职业能力培养观对于高职院校文化基础课程教学改革具有重要意义.本文通过对中外职业能力研究文献的梳理与分析,解读职业能力内涵,探索课程教学的职业能力培养观,以高职大学英语课程教学为例,提出该课程在职业能力培养方面的改革思路.研究表明,职业能力具有三个特征:时代性、多元性和系统性.职业能力培养观必须反映时代要求,坚持以人为本的理念,循序渐进,才能成功构建各要素间彼此衔接和呼应的职业能力体系.高职大学英语课程教学改革可从以下三个方面入手:重视社会需求分析,明确职业能力培养目标;重视情境创设,激发学习兴趣;重视非语言技能的培养和考核,促进职业能力的均衡发展.

It is of great significance for vocational colleges to establish the proper view on cultivating professional ability in core curricula. Through sorting out the literature related to studies on professional ability, unscrambling the connotation of professional ability, exploring views of culturing professional a-bility in course teaching and exemplifying college English teaching in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward reforming thinking of cultivating professional ability in the courses, particularly, the course of College English in vocational colleges. The study shows that the professional ability is characterized by three features of contemporaneity, diversity and systematicness. Based on these features, the paper puts forward the idea of reforming College English teaching in the following three aspects:focusing on the re-search of the social demands, putting the students in the real or related working situation, and emphasi-zing the development and evaluation of non-language skills.
