This paper reviews the studies of the State Training Plan in the past five years of its imple-mentation in perspectives of modes and contents of training, problems and strategies in the training process, assessment of training quality, teacher' s professional development, system structure of the State Training Plan and cultural values, and makes an exploration of its future development.
