采用问卷调查法和个案访谈法,对贵州农村地区特岗教师的心理健康状况和社会支持情况进行了调查分析,结果表明:(1)贵州农村特岗教师的"躯体化""焦虑""恐怖""偏执""精神病性"及"其它"因子得分上明显高于全国常模平均水平;(2)38%的贵州农村特岗教师存在着不同程度的心理健康问题;(3)63.73%的贵州农村特岗教师缺少社会支持;(4)贵州农村特岗教师在面对困难时得到实际的、物质上的直接援助很少.根据社会支持理论的主因素模型,政府、学校应构建三级特岗教师的社会支持网络,以满足特岗教师的物质性支持、情绪性支持、尊重性支持、信息性支持和同伴性支持.

Using questionnaire survey and case interview method to study the specially contracted teachers in the rural areas of Guizhou province, The results show that:(1)The test scores of "Somatiza-tion"、"Anxiety"、"Phobia Anxiety"、"Paranoid Ideation"、"Psychoticism" and "Others"factors are sig-nificantly higher than the national average norm;(2) The numbers of 38% respondents ' have mental health problems in this group;(3) 63 . 73% of the specially contracted teachers in the rural areas of Guizhou province lack of social support;(4)The specially contracted teachers get few direct material as-sistance when faced with difficulties. According to the main factors model of social support theory, the government and schools should build social support network for teachers to meet their needs of material support, emotional support, respect support, informational support and peer support.
