本文采用大气等离子喷涂方法在AZ91D镁合金基体上制备Al2O3和Al2O3-40%TiO2防腐涂层,然后采取激光重熔对涂层进行封孔.采用第一原理计算表明Al2O3涂层较Al2O3-40%TiO2涂层杨氏模量大、热膨胀系数小,因此激光重熔Al2O3涂层时,由于其杨氏模量高导致涂层内应力较大,Al2O3涂层极易开裂、剥落.

Al2O3 and Al2O3-40%TiO2 anticorrosive coatings were prepared on AZ91D magnesium alloy substrate using atmospheric plasma spraying method, and then these coatings were sealed by laser remelting process. First principle investigations indicated that Al2O3 anticorrosive coatings had higher young's modulus, smaller thermal expansion coefficient than those of Al2O3-40%TiO2 coatings. As a result, Al2O3 coatings (due to high young's modulus) had larger internal stress and were easy to crack and peel off than Al2O3-40%TiO2 coatings during laser remelting.
