以信任理论为基础，通过对信任、关系行为等涵义的学习，以及对医患矛盾产生的原因的研究，来深入探讨能力信任与善意信任对患者依从与合作行为的二阶交互作用。首先回顾了近年来国内外学者对医患信任问题的研究现状与不足；接着对问卷调查数据进行均值处理，然后进行线性回归分析，得到线性回归方程。从线性回归方程中得出能力信任、善意信任对患者依从与合作行为的正向交互作用。即能力信任高时，善意信任对患者依从行为的促进越明显。

This paper is based on the trust theory , based on the learning of the meaning of trust , relationship behavior , and the research of the causes of the doctor -patient contradiction , to further explore the two order interac-tion on capacity trust and goodwill trust on compliance and cooperation behavior of patients .Firstly this paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years on the doctor -patient trust status and deficiency; Secondly , we make mean value for the survey data .Then, we make Linear regression analysis and the Linear regression equation is obtained.Finally, we draw a positive interaction of ability trust and goodwill trust and on compliance and cooperation behavior of patients from the linear regression equation .That is, goodwill trust to promote compliance behavior of pa-tients will be more obvious when competence trust is high;Goodwill trust to promote cooperative behavior of patients will be more obvious when competence trust is high .
