目的:探讨精细化管理在心内科护理管理中的效果。方法2014年1月~12月在本院心内科从人、机、料、法、环、测六方面实施精细化管理,并将2014年护理质量及患者满意度与未实施精细化管理前的2013年进行比较。结果采用精细化管理后,护理质量及患者满意度均有提高,护理不良事件发生率下降,差异均有统计学意义( p<0.05)。结论精细化管理可提高心内科护理管理质量,值得进一步实施与推广。

목적:탐토정세화관리재심내과호리관리중적효과。방법2014년1월~12월재본원심내과종인、궤、료、법、배、측륙방면실시정세화관리,병장2014년호리질량급환자만의도여미실시정세화관리전적2013년진행비교。결과채용정세화관리후,호리질량급환자만의도균유제고,호리불량사건발생솔하강,차이균유통계학의의( p<0.05)。결론정세화관리가제고심내과호리관리질량,치득진일보실시여추엄。
Objective To explore the delicacy management in the Department of cardiology nursing manage -ment effect.Methods From 2014 January -12 months in the Department of Cardiology in our hospital from human , machine, material, method, measurement, six aspects of the implementation of delicacy management , and in 2014 the nursing quality and patients'satisfaction with the implementation of delicacy management before 2013 are com-pared.Results The refinement of management and the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction were improved . Nursing adverse event rate decreased .The differences were statistically significant ( p<0.05 ) .Conclusion The delicacy management can improve the quality of nursing management in Department of Cardiology , worthy of further promotion and implementation .
