经济转型、产业升级迫切需要高职教育培养数以千计的技能型人才，在有限的高职教育时间内，要培养出未来的高技能人才，呼唤着课程的有效性。现阶段，在教育教学新课改背景下教师不仅要重视培养学生实际操作能力，想要进一步提高教学质量，首先就务必在教学模式上进行创新，把增强教学有效性当作教学宗旨，从根本上落实课堂教育教学质量。

Economic transformation and industrial upgrading urgently need to cultivate thousands of skilled talents in higher vocational education. In the limited time of higher vocational education, to cultivate the highly skilled talents in the future, calls for the effectiveness of curriculums. At present, under the background of new curriculum reform of education and teaching, teachers should pay more attention to cultivate students' practical operation ability. And to further improve teaching quality, firstly be sure to innovate teaching modes, to regard the enhancing of effectiveness of teaching as the teaching purpose, and to fundamentally carry out the teaching quality of classroom education.
