This article systematically teases out the types of accounting information distortion, briefly summarizes the characteristics of accounting information distortion, deeply analyzes the reasons of accounting information distortion, and gives the countermeasures and suggestions on the prevention and controlling of accounting information distortion in universities and colleges.
