目前整星电缆网在星上的导通绝缘测试都是通过测试人员手工进行逐点测试的;而整星电缆网接点很多,手工测试的人力成本和时间成本都很高.为了提高测试的准确性和测试效率,针对目前星上电缆网接点表的格式,研制了整星低频电缆网自动测试仪,实现了电缆网导通绝缘状态的自动测试.

At present, the conduction and insulation test of the satellite LF cable network after being laid is carried out by hand in turns. It takes much time with a heavy labor intensity in this way. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency, an intelligent and portable cable test instrument is developed, which is capable of automatic test for conduction and insulation.
