Through questionnaire survey, a survey and study was carried out on the current situation of the school-based training of first-line primary and high school teachers' IT ability and their IT application ability in Shiqiao Town, and the results showed that the school-based training is insufficient in Shiqiao Town and the teachers' IT application ability is weak.
