The cultivation of intellectual property talents is an important part of intellectual property rights strategy. To speed up the development of intellectual property career ,we have to put the work of talents cultivation in a more important position.Analyzing the current situation of talents cultivation in YanDu district,YanCheng city,JiangSu province,this paper identifies the existing problems and explores the corresponding solutions which should be taken as soon as possible.
