According to evaluation theories, combined with the scientific and technological quality education projects of teenagers, this paper summarizes the functions of the perfor-mance evaluation for the scientific and technological quality edu-cation projects of teenagers and the basis for the design of a mod-el for it. On this basis, the model is established, and it can pro-vide a reference for the design of the performance evaluation model for the scientific and technological quality education pro-jects of teenagers.
