我国是世界上拥有老龄人口最多、老龄人口增长最快的国家,老龄化带来了一系列问题.我们根据目前老年护理的专业人才的缺乏状况,提出通过制订合理护理人才培养方案、改革教学方法与手段、加强实践教学、解决毕业生就业难问题等措施,实现利于缓解老年护理专业人才的需求压力的老年护理教育,培养出专业能力强、具有道德素质高的实用型老年护理人才,为老年人提供高质量的护理服务.

China has the largest and fastest increasing aging pop-ulation in the world, which brings a series of serious aging prob-lems. Based on the current status of inadequate aged-care pro-fessionals, we propose some actions such as establishing the rea-sonable scheme of nursing-talents training, reforming the teach-ing methods and means, strengthening the practical teaching and resolving the difficulties in graduate employment, in order to cul-tivate the talents with strong ability and high moral quality by corresponding education for the demand surge of aged-care pro-fessionals, there by providing a high-class service for the senior citizens.
