Professional development is not only the requirement of the development of 0niversity teachers,but also the round development of their comprehensive self-quality. Exploring new ideas for the new normal professional development of college teachers is the bounden duty and the chal-lenge of Wuhan Center for the Training of 0niversity Teachers,Ministry of Education. Based on the current professional development and the trend of ability promotion of 0niversity teachers,this paper explores the new ideas for their professional development.
