多效蒸发器广泛应用于石油化工等流程工业,选型设计对工艺性能影响很大,是目前研究的热点.本文以丙烯腈废水处理的蒸发为研究对象,采用Aspen软件中的Heatx、Split和Flash模块进行了流程建模,对Heatx进行了详细设计.结果表明多效蒸发在设备费用和操作费用上都优于单效蒸发,研究结论为换热器的开发设计提供依据.

Multiple effect evaporator is widely used in petrochemical and other process industries. The selection and design of equipments has an important effect on technological properties, and is one of the hot spots nowadays. This study simulates multi - effects evaporation flow of treating acrylonitrile wastewater with modules Heatx、Split、Flash of software Aspen ,and provides the design of modules Heatx in detail. The results show that multiple effect evaporation has an advantage over single-effect evaporation both in equipment cost and operating charges. These results provide the basis for development and design of heat exchanger.
