本文运用Moldflow软件对脸盆进行成型过程分析,采用双域模型(Dual-Domain),通过设定不同网格边长、模具温度和熔体温度来研究对脸盆的填充、冷却以及翘曲的模拟分析,找到最佳工艺参数,为模具设计及加工成型提供理论依据, 从而提高模具设计效率.结果显示,网格边长对充填时间、气穴、熔接痕和流动前沿处的影响较小,但对锁模力及总变形量影响较大;模温和熔温对每个评价因子影响均很大,因此在注塑成型时要注意模温和熔温的选择; 综合考虑各个因素对脸盆成型的影响,在网格边长4mm、模具温度为30℃、熔体温度为180℃、充填时间为4.235s、锁模力为750t等工艺条件下得到的脸盆质量较好,但要使脸盆成型工艺中达到最佳,需进一步考虑浇口位置及数目、材料种类和保压压力对翘曲变形的影响.

In this paper, the washbasin Moldflow software for molding process analysis is studied and the double Domain model (Dual - Domain) model is applied for the study. By setting different meshes length, mold temperature and melt temperature are studied to washbasin filling, cooling and warpage simulation analysis, and find the best craft parameter for mould design and processing & forming provide theoretical basis, so as to improve the mould design efficiency. Results show that, Grid side of filling time, cavitation, weld 1ine and flowing front place less effect, but for the clamping force and total deformation influence is bigger; mould mild melt temperature of each evaluation factors influence are very big, so be careful with mold mild melt temperature choice in injection molding; Considering all the factors of washbasin of molding influence, The grid side 4mm, mold temperature for 30℃, melt temperature for 180℃, the fill time for 4.235s, clamping force for 750 tone etc. Craft condition available by the washbasin quality is better. But for washbasin molding process to achieve the best, need to consider gate location and number, material types and holding pressure for warpage influence.
