Due to the wide application of embedded software, its quality is increasingly important. The paper introduces the characteristics of full digital simulation technology, and builds the test environment by using the CRESTS/TESS. Aiming at the key and difficult point for embedded software, the paper puts forward an integrated solution, which is of a certain reference significance for improving the quality of embedded software.
