通过往硫铝酸盐水泥中掺加外加剂的办法,来寻求一种战时1 h 抢修机场跑道的材料。通过分别研究碳酸锂、亚硝酸钙、聚羧酸高效减水剂、纳米碳酸钙、硅灰等单一组分的不同掺量对硫铝酸盐水泥不同性能的影响得出单一组分的最佳掺量范围。采用正交试验方法探讨在标准养护条件下不同掺量的复合组分对硫铝酸盐水泥胶砂强度的影响,分析得出超早强外加剂的最佳配比:碳酸锂、硅灰、聚羧酸高效减水剂、亚硝酸钙、纳米钙掺量分别为0.1%,4%,1.0%,0.5%和0.5%。掺入最佳配比的外加剂,材料1 h 胶砂抗折/抗压强度达到6.2/37.1 MPa,3 d 胶砂抗折/抗压强度达到10.8/62.3 MPa,符合战时机场跑道抢修等工程的要求。

By the way of adding admixtures to the sulphoaluminate cement,the study is performed to find a kind of material to repair the airport concrete pavement during the war in an hour.Through studying the influence of different contents of a single component,such as lithium carbonate,calcium nitrite,polycarboxylate superplasti-cizer,calcium carbonate,silica fume,on different performance of the sulphoaluminate cement,the best single component dosage range was obtained.The paper used orthogonal test to investigate the effects of sulphoalumi-nate cement mortar strength on different dosage of composite components under the standard curing conditions. The results indicate the best ration of super -early -strength admixture and the content of lithium carbonate,sil-ica fume,polycarboxylate superplasticizer,calcium nitrite,nano calcium was respectively 0.1%,4%,1.0%, 0.5%,0.5%.When the best ratio of admixtures was added,the material’s 1 h mortar flexural /compressive strength reaches 6.2 /37.1MPa,and its 3 d mortar flexural /compressive strength reaches 10.8 /62.3 MPa,which meets the requirement of wartime runway repairs.
