When the internal and external factors working together, the Concrete structure cracks will appear inevi-tably. And the Concrete structure cracks will reduce its bearing capacity durability and resistance to water. This pa-per mainly revolves around foundation concrete temperature cracks which are under the constraint condition, talking about the mechanism of cracks, and the measures of cracks controlling is presented.
