In this paper, the minimum excess principle are used in dynamic analysis of rectangle plate, based on the theory of Reissner"s medium thickness plate. The natural frequencies are calculated in detail, and with the Kirchhoff-Love theory, the influences of shear on the natural frequency, are discussed.
