目的提高病区小药柜基数药品管理质量,保障患者的用药安全. 方法中心药房运用PDCA (计划,实施,检查,行动)循环管理方法对我院中心药房管辖的病区小药柜基数药品进行统一管理,通过更新药品目录、完善各种记录、定期检查等方法实现质量控制,评价管理实施前后的改进效果. 结果实施PDCA循环管理后,病区小药柜基数药品种数、有高危药品或抗菌药物的病区数均显著减少. 病区小药柜基数药品管理得到规范. 结论 PDCA循环管理方法促进了病区小药柜基数药品管理的规范化和科学化.

Objective To improve the management quality of base medicine in ward medicine cabinet and en-sure the medication safety.Methods Central pharmacy applied PDCA( Plan,Do,Check,Act) circulation management method for standard management of base medicine in ward medicine cabinet by updating medication list,improving kinds of records and checking regularly to ensure quality control and evaluate the effect of management. Results After a circulation of PDCA management,kinds of base medicine in ward medicine cabinet,number of wards with high-alert medicine and antimicrobial medicine significantly decreased. Management of base medicine in ward medicine cabinet became standardized. Conclusion PDCA circulation management makes the base medicines management in ward cabi-net more standardized and scientific.
