职业行动能力的培养,是职业能力培养有效途径.高职教育必须强化培养学生的职业行动能力,通过职业行动能力的累积与培养来形成职业能力.为此,笔者在高职的统计教学中,尝试应用团队学习的方式培养学生的职业行动能力,使学生一方面掌握过硬的统计技能,又培养学生未来职业发展所需的综合素养,形成职业能力.
職業行動能力的培養,是職業能力培養有效途徑.高職教育必鬚彊化培養學生的職業行動能力,通過職業行動能力的纍積與培養來形成職業能力.為此,筆者在高職的統計教學中,嘗試應用糰隊學習的方式培養學生的職業行動能力,使學生一方麵掌握過硬的統計技能,又培養學生未來職業髮展所需的綜閤素養,形成職業能力.

The cultivation of occupational action ability is an ef-fective way to cultivate occupational ability. Higher vocational e-ducation must enhance the cultivation of students' occupational action ability, so as to help them for occupational ability through the accumulation and cultivation of occupational action ability. To this end, the writer attempts to cultivate students' occupational action ability through the application of group learning in higher vocational statistics teaching, so as to make students grasp solid statistical skills and cultivate their comprehensive quality that is needed in their future occupational development, thus forming occupational ability.
