According to the characteristics of engineering spe-cialty, it is necessary to carry out practice education among engi-neering college student Party members. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice education of college student Party members in practice education idea and system construc-tion, and proposes specific countermeasures from enhancing ide-ological consciousness and improving the system, so as to give play to the complementary advantages between engineering col-lege student Party members' ideal and belief and practical skills, and ultimately improve their comprehensive quality.
