为调查和分析新疆乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族中学生的健康状况及其影响因素,为有效提高中学生健康水平提供依据,文章采用流行病学的现况调查方法和分层整群抽样的方法,对乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族中学生进行了体格检查(身高、体重)和问卷调查,剔除不合格的问卷后,对546名维吾尔族中学生(男生208名,女322名)问卷,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析.结果显示,乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族中学生身高、体重、胸围、BMI(身体质量指数)的整体水平均高于自治区平均标准.龋齿检出率25.72%,女生高于男生.超重/肥胖检出率6.14%,女生高于男生.营养不良检出率36.85%,男生高于女生.视力不良检出率36.67%,男生和女生之间没有显著差异.结果说明,乌鲁木齐维吾尔族中学生健康水平较好,常见病情况水平偏低,要有针对性地加强学生健康教育水平,全面提高新疆维吾尔族中学生健康状况.

The purpose of this research is that by studying the health status and its factors of Uygur middle schools students in Xingjiang Urumqi urban districts ,to provide a scientific basis for the relevant departments to formulate corresponding strategies.By using cross-sectional investigation methods of epidemiology and cluster sampling survey , we collected data of Uygur students from middle schools in Xingjiang Urumqi urban districts. We monitored some indicators for all students such as height ,weight and we also did the questionnaire.After we had rejected unqualified questionnaires,we used SPSS17.0 to analyze the data from 546 Uygur middle schools students (208 boys,322 girls). The results showed that the height,weight,bust and BMI of Uygur middle schools students in Urumqi is higher than the average of Autonomous Region.The dental caries we found from our research was 25.72%,the detection rate of girls are higher than boys.The rate of overweight/obesity was 6.14%,the detection rate of girls are higher than boys. The total prevalent rate of malnutrition was 36.85%,the detection rate of boys are higher than girls.The myopia was 36.67%,there is not much difference between boys and girls.The conclusion was that the Uygur middle schools students in Urumqi urban districts had good health ,the prevalence of common diseases was low.We should target to strengthen the level of health education of students ,comprehensively improve the health status of uygur middle schools students in Xinjiang.
