In recent years, university graduates' employment situ-ation is worsening, while university counselors play a very impor-tant role in promoting the full employment of university students. It is found in continuous exploration and practice that the sys-tematization and modularization of the employment guidance and service system can greatly improve working efficiency. This arti-cle describes the composition of university employment guidance and service system, proposes the idea of systematic module con-struction, and further points out the requirements for counselors' work under the operation of employment guidance and service system.
