Social competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer, having put forward higher requirements to the ability of human communication. The handling of interpersonal problems is par-ticularly important for college students as the special group that is going to enter the society. To promote the healthy and normal physical and psychological development of college students, good and harmonious interpersonal relationship is indispensable. Nowadays, the negative and inharmonious interpersonal relation-ship has become a prominent problem annoying college students. This paper tries to briefly analyze the existing problems, the causes of the problems and how to solve them.
