针对公司风电壳体零件在加工后出现环槽同轴度超差问题,本文对该工序夹具和工艺过程进行了全面分析,发现切削夹紧力不足是导致该同轴度要求超差的主要原因,在原有夹具条件下,提出了环槽加工粗精分开以减小切削力的工艺方案,并重新进行数控程序编制,经试切检验,零件同轴度误差在允许范围内.

The paper analyzes machining process in view of the coaxial error in wind power shell parts. The paper finds that the poor cutting clamping force is the main reason for the high degree of difference. In the existing fixture, rough and finish cuts are separated in the process so that cutting force is reduced, and the test shows that the coaxial error of the part is within the allowable range.
