Micro-lesson teaching is a new teaching method to improve the traditional teaching methods, and in the field of basic education and higher education, it has developed fast. The application of micro-lesson teaching in higher vocational teaching makes teachers and students of higher vocational colleges get a new experience. This article first introduces the concept and main features of micro-lesson teaching, and then studies the application of micro-lesson teaching in higher vocational teaching, which provides a reference for micro-lesson teaching’s promotion in the higher vocational teaching field.
