沪通长江大桥主塔采用水中沉井作为基础结构,2个主塔沉井分为钢沉井和混凝土沉井上下2部分,钢沉井的定位和着床需要沉井的三维姿态数据来指导和控制。利用 GPS -RTK 信息化实时监控技术能顺利实现沉井在恶劣环境下快速、精确定位,极大地降低沉井深水定位着床的风险,同时也提高定位的精度。沉井在着床后灌注隔舱混凝土的过程进行有限元分析,研究有限元模拟得出不同的施工阶段下刃脚土压力受力的变化,以及有限元的数据和实测的刃脚土压力数据的对比,并结合沉井姿态和施工阶段的下沉量进行分析,证实施工过程数值模拟结果的合理性,提出沉井施工中的控制措施。

The main tower of Shanghai -Nantong Yangtze river bridge adopts caisson in water as the foundation structure,where the two caissons of main tower were divided into the fluctuation two parts of the steel and the concrete caisson.The positioning and implantation of steel caisson need the 3D posture data of caisson to guide and control.By using GPS -RTK informationalized real -time monitoring technology,we can achieve the fast and accurate positioning of caisson in harsh environments,which can greatly reduce the risk of deep -water posi-tion implantation,as well as improve the precision of positioning.In order to investigate the change of blade feet soil perssure under different construction phase,the concrete bulkhead of caisson was carried by the finite ele-ment simulation.The datas from finite element simulation and measured were compared as well.Combined with the subsidence amount of caisson postures and construction phases to analyze,we confirm the rationality of numerical simulation results of the construction process and put forward the control measures of caisson con-struction process.
