斜楔摩擦减振器是三大件转向架关键部件之一，对车辆动力学性能具有重要影响。基于传统简化方法只考虑斜楔垂向一维运动及基于相对摩擦系数斜楔减振性能评估的缺陷，构建斜楔空间受力的动力学方程。以此为基础，在 SIMPACK软件中建立了能分析斜楔摩擦减振器动态作用的多体动力学计算模型。模型将斜楔作为一个具有6个自由度的刚体；斜楔主、副摩擦面各等分为4个接触区域，每个区域设置1个平面－平面接触对；摇枕弹簧和减振弹簧按实际位置和参数作用于斜楔和摇枕。用典型例题进行分析计算，研究结果表明：多体动力学模型相对摩擦系数的计算结果与传统简化方法的试验结果相吻合；模型能模拟斜楔的真实运动，能反映斜楔垂向、横向减振作用；揭示了斜楔对转向架抗菱刚度具有摩擦滞环特性，以及这些作用内在的力学原理。

The wedge friction damper is the key component and is important to the dynamic performance of three piece bogie.The traditional simplify methods only take the wedge vertical motion into consideration,and use rel-ative friction coefficients to evaluate the damping performance.In this paper,the simplify model defects were point out and the dynamic formulas base on wedge space force analysis was given.A mechanical Multi -body dy-namic model for the dynamic response of wedge friction damping system is developed by SIMPACK software.The model with 6 DOF rigid wedges body,actual bolster and damper spring parameters setting and four contact areas and contact elements on each master and subsidiary surfaces of wedges.The results show that the relative friction coefficient is in accordance with the simulation results and lab test.The MBS model can rightly reflect the wedge actual motion ,vertical and lateral damping behavior.What is more,the warp stiffness friction hysteresis charac-ters belong to wedge and its Mechanical principles inside were discuss too.
