政务失信现象的现实存在及其泛滥,隐藏着巨大的政治风险和社会风险.政务失信会大大降低民众的政治效能感,使民众对政治参与失去意义感,导致政治冷漠.政务失信的不断泛滥,会使得政府的政治信誉不断锐减,进而使得政府的权威丧失殆尽,导致"塔西佗陷阱"的出现.政务失信会使得民众对政府产生大量的"气",这种"气"的聚合和累积会使得许多泄愤型群体性事件极易出现.政务失信频发并得不到及时的治理和矫正,会严重恶化社会诚信环境,使社会诚信状况急剧恶化,导致社会诚信危机.
