高校财务管理是高校管理工作的重点,它直接关系着高校的发展.目前大部分高校采取了多渠道筹集资金的办学模式,给高校带来了新的问题和矛盾.本文主要分析了当前高校财务管理中存在的问题,提出创新财务管理体制、提高资金运行效率及科学化管理预算等解决措施.

Financial management in universities is the key of university management, which connects with the devel-opment of universities. With the constant reform of teaching system about high-institute, currently, a majority of u-niversities adopt the school-running patterns of raising fund by multiple channels which causes new problems and contradiction for universities. The paper mainly analyses the problems of contemporary financial management in uni-versities in terms of the system of financial management, budget management, the management of funds for scientific research, assets management, credit risk, and puts forward problem-solving measures such as innovating the finan-cial management system, increasing the efficiency of capital operation and building a new financial management phi-losophy.
