为了提高数控机床运行稳定性,文章对数控机床的状态信息进行采集,开发了数控机床状态监测系统,用户可通过系统快速和清晰的掌握数控机床的运行状态.为了使该系统自动化和智能化,设计了以欧姆龙PLC、台达温度控制器为主控CPU,各类传感器采集信号,并以.NET作为上位机开发平台.上位机通过RS485接口,利用Modbus协议和HostLink协议,与下位机实现了通信.通过实验验证,该系统很好的实现了对数控机床状态的监测,通过监测得到的信息,可准确判断机床的健康情况.

In order to improve operational stability of nc machine,this paper collects the status information of nc machine and develops nc machine condition monitoring system.The user can quickly and clearly grasp operational status through the system.In order to make the system automatic and intelligent,omron PLC and delta temperature controller are designed for the master CPU,and all kinds of sensors collect signals,and .NET is as a development platform of PC.PC via RS485 interface realizes the communication with the lower machine using Modbus protocol and HostLink protocol.Though the experiment,the system is good for con-dition monitoring,and the status condition can be judged accurately according to information obtained from the system.
