介绍TH6363B卧式加工中心自动润滑系统硬件控制电路的设计、提出自动润滑系统控制梯形图设计思路及警示与安全保护设计思路,编制出相应的控制梯形图,阐述了润滑油泵注油时间梯形图、注油间隔时间梯形图.一旦润滑油位低或油泵过载时,出现相应报警,机床进给暂停,自动进入单段运行模式.实际应用表明,润滑效果与安全保护特性较好.

This paper introduces the control-circuit design of automatic lubrication system hardware of TH6363B horizontal machining center and the design proposal of the control ladder diagram of automatic lu-brication system and the warning and safety protection system.And the corresponding control ladder diagram is written in this paper.It expounds pump oil time ladder diagram and pump oil intervals ladder diagram of the lubricating pump.In case the lubricating oil level is low or the pump is overload,the corresponding alarm will be on,machine tool feed will be suspended and it will automatically enter the single-stage operation mode.The actual application shows that lubrication effect and safety protection characteristics are good.
