针对PLC以硬接点控制伺服系统时需要较多的输入输出点、接线复杂且很难实现多轴控制的状况,设计了一种基于MODBUS协议的PLC伺服电机控制系统.该系统中,PLC通过MODBUS总线将控制信息和数据送至伺服控制器的相关通信地址中进而实现对伺服系统的控制.实践证明,该方法不仅简单方便、可靠性高、节省PLC输入输出点,还可实现多轴伺服电机的控制并可对伺服系统进行有效监测,具有推广应用的价值.

Accronding to the situation that more I/O points are needed to control the servo system throw hard point.A PLC servo control system is designed based on MODBUS protocol,information and data could be delivery between PLC and servo controls throw MODBUS bus,so the servo control system is real-ized.Practice has proved that this method is simple and convenient,further more it has a high reliability,and it also can save PLC I/O points.Multi-axis controlling and monitoring can also be realized,so the con-trol system has development and application value.
