目的:研究黄精多糖对小鼠心肌组织Ca泵(Ca2+-ATP酶)活性的影响。方法72只昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组和黄精多糖低、剂量组、黄精多糖高剂量组,每组24只。经口灌胃4周,将三组小鼠分别于安静时、力竭即刻、力竭恢复24 h三种状态下断头处死,测定心肌组织中Ca2+-ATP酶的活性。结果力竭即刻及力竭恢复24 h,黄精多糖高剂量组Ca2+-ATP酶活性分别为(1.09±0.08)、(0.58±0.07),明显高于对照组和低剂量组(P<0.01)。结论黄精多糖可维持细胞膜内外Ca2+的分布平衡,效果以高剂量黄精多糖最佳。

목적:연구황정다당대소서심기조직Ca빙(Ca2+-ATP매)활성적영향。방법72지곤명충소서수궤분위대조조화황정다당저、제량조、황정다당고제량조,매조24지。경구관위4주,장삼조소서분별우안정시、력갈즉각、력갈회복24 h삼충상태하단두처사,측정심기조직중Ca2+-ATP매적활성。결과력갈즉각급력갈회복24 h,황정다당고제량조Ca2+-ATP매활성분별위(1.09±0.08)、(0.58±0.07),명현고우대조조화저제량조(P<0.01)。결론황정다당가유지세포막내외Ca2+적분포평형,효과이고제량황정다당최가。
ObjectiveTo research influence of polygahatous polysaccharides on activity of Ca prmp(Ca2+-ATP enzyme) in cardiac muscle tissue of mice.MethodsA total of 72 mice were randomly divided into control group, polygahatous polysaccharides low dose group and polygahatous polysaccharides high dose group, with 24 cases in each group. After lavage or 4 weeks, mice in the three groups were put to death at the time of rest state, at the immediate end of exhaustive exercise and in 24 hours after the end of exhaustive exercise, and their activity of Ca2+-ATP enzyme in cardiac muscle tissue were detected.ResultsThe high dose group had activity of Ca2+-ATP enzyme at the immediate end of exhaustive exercise and in 24 hours after the end of exhaustive exercise as (1.09±0.08) and (0.58±0.07). Those were much higher than the control group and low dose group (P<0.01).ConclusionPolygahatous polysaccharides can maintain the balance of Ca2+ around cell membrane, and high dose can show precise effect.
