针对铸型深腔加工的要求,采用有限元法研究了大长径比专用铸型铣销刀具的动态特性.建立了专用刀具的有限元参数化模型,计算了不同长径比专用刀具的固有频率和振型,分析了其固有频率随刀具直径和悬伸量变化的规律.基于铸型加工的动态切削力测试结果,计算了专用刀具的切削动力学响应,分析了专用刀具加工铸型时刀具直径和悬伸量对应力和变形的影响.为铸型加工大长径比刀具的设计提供了动力学分析依据.

Considering the deep cavity machining of sand mould,the dynamic characteristics of cpecial cut-ter with large length-diameter ratio are studied based on finit element method.Firstly,the FEM parameter-ized models are build,then the natural frequency and mode shape of special cutter with different length-di-ameter ratio are calculated,and the chang of natural frequency with the different diameter and extended length are studied.According to the dynamic cutting force test result of casting mould machining,the dy-namic response to the special cutter machining are calculated and analyzed,which areeffected by diameter and extended length of the special cutter.The analysis conclusion provide the basis for the designationlarge length-diameter ratio special cutter.
