目的:观察四类降压药物[分别为血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)、β受体阻滞剂及钙离子拮抗剂]对高血压患者氧化应激水平的影响。方法80例高血压患者为实验组,40例正常血压者为对照组,两组抽血检测C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及微量元素水平,比较实验组使用四类不同降压药3个月后患者的CRP、IL-6和血清部分微量元素水平的变化,观察机体的氧化应激水平。结果使用ACEI类和ARB类降压药的患者,3个月后血清铜(Cu)水平降低,锌(Zn)水平上升, IL-6和CRP水平降低,与治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACEI和ARB类降压药有降低氧化应激水平的作用,其他两类降压药物未观察到此种改变。

목적:관찰사류강압약물[분별위혈관긴장소전환매억제제(ACEI)、혈관긴장소Ⅱ수체길항제(ARB)、β수체조체제급개리자길항제]대고혈압환자양화응격수평적영향。방법80례고혈압환자위실험조,40례정상혈압자위대조조,량조추혈검측C반응단백(CRP)、백세포개소-6(IL-6)급미량원소수평,비교실험조사용사류불동강압약3개월후환자적CRP、IL-6화혈청부분미량원소수평적변화,관찰궤체적양화응격수평。결과사용ACEI류화ARB류강압약적환자,3개월후혈청동(Cu)수평강저,자(Zn)수평상승, IL-6화CRP수평강저,여치료전비교차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론ACEI화ARB류강압약유강저양화응격수평적작용,기타량류강압약물미관찰도차충개변。
Objective To observe influence of four antihypertensive drugs [angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI), angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), β receptor blocker, and calcium ion antagonist] on oxidative stress in hypertension patients.Methods There were 80 hypertension patients as experimental group and 40 normal people as control group. Blood test in both groups was made for C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and microelements levels. Oxidative stress was observed by comparison of changes in CRP, IL-6, and serum microelements levels after 3-month administration of four antihypertensive drugs in the experimental group.Results Patients who receiving ACEI and ARB for 3 months had reduced serum copper (Cu), IL-6 and CRP, and increased zinc (Zn) levels. Comparing with those before treatment, their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion ACEI and ARB antihypertensive drugs provide reducing effect for oxidative stress, and the other two antihypertensive drugs contains no changes.
